Golden Star Industries Sdn Bhd began its journey in 2000 under the leadership of Mr. Lim Soo Min, and officially commenced operations in 2005 at Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Rambai, Melaka. What started as a small, dedicated facility with a simple mission—to handle waste responsibly—has grown into a trusted partner for industries across the region.
In 2010, the company’s leadership transitioned to Mr. Bryan Lim, who continues to serve as our Managing Director. Over the past decade, he has guided the company with a clear vision: to uphold responsible recycling practices while supporting clients in achieving their sustainability goals. With over 20 years of industry experience, we have grown steadily while maintaining our commitment to integrity, reliability, and environmental stewardship.
Today, our operations are strengthened by professional collection and transportation services, ensuring that all materials are handled safely, efficiently, and in full accordance with industry best practices. We take great pride in being officially licensed by the Department of Environment (DOE) as a Partial Recovery Facility for SW110 (Electronic Waste). In addition, we maintain a valid PDRM licence for regulated scrap activities and hold all necessary MBMB permits for our facility in Melaka. These approvals reflect our dedication to operating responsibly, transparently, and in compliance with Malaysia’s environmental and regulatory standards.
